Rachel Gillespie
PRODUCT AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT

Rachel is a sales and marketing professional who has spent 17 years working in the health and beauty industry. Her work with salons, pharmacies, department stores, discount department stores, grocery and specialist retailers has ensured that she understands the mindset of the consumer regardless of their retail destination. Rachel develops marketing plans to suit a variety of objectives, consumers and budgets.

She has worked across a variety of brands from mass market to prestige - from fragrance to hair care, makeup and skin care including new product development.

Rachel is a strategic thinker with the long term health of the brand always top of mind and understands the importance of smart, cost-effective, tactical campaigns to bring in the sales. Her outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and financial acumen have meant she is a well respected stalwart of the beauty industry.

Leah is our media consultant of choice and has worked closely with the team at Hebco on some very successful media planning and buying functions. Through her partnership with one of Australia's leading media billing houses, we can add value to any campaign whilst still offering highly competitive rates.
