Dale Trueman has worked for 20 years in film and television in a wide range of production and broadcast environments, producing, directing, editing and delivering visual media.

His experience encompasses music videos, television commercials, home shopping shows, creative short films and, he says, a lot of corporate promotional material for a wide range of organisations spanning city councils, local businesses, multi-national firms and hospitals as well as Foxtel, Universal and the BBC.

Dale has also worked as an editor for Landseer/BBC on performance and documentary content for the arts channel, and more recently for the SBS news bulletin and Channel Nine promotions department.

He has produced medical documentation for St Lukes Hospital in Sydney and also edited videos of surgical procedures, using a combination of surgical and conventional cameras. He says one of the perks of his work is continual exposure to cutting-edge visual technology which feeds into his personal creative film projects.
